11. Who are your closest friends? My roommates: Molly, Amy, the 2 Becky's, Michele, Stacy, and Brittany. Plus a few random co-workers and people I meet at the clubs/parties.

So it's been precisely a day and a half since I got my letter, and I've already done a TON of shopping. I picked up my comforter(pink) and sheets (pink and purple swirls), bath towels/washcloths (pink, yellow, blue), a really cute beach towel, a few tops, a few pairs of shorts, a pair of shoes (which are ridiculously cute), pajamas, a robe, and other clothing items.

My mom and sister decided that they are flying down with me a few days before I check in so I can bring more of my things down there. We'll go shopping around Orlando for whatever I don't get here in New York. My mom also wants to see Carmee since it's been a long time.

I paid my acceptance fee yesterday, and tried the roommate notification option, but it didn't work. The website says to wait one full business day, so I tried again today. No luck. I'll try again on Monday. Hopefully it'll work then.

I've already started taking out my piercings, since female cast members can only have one earring in each ear. I took my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th earrings out, which won't close up since I've had them forever. My cartilage piercing, however, is another story. It's ridiculously infected right now, so I took the earring out, and I'm not ever putting it back in. I'm keeping my belly button ring in, since it's not going to be visible. I'm so glad they don't care about my tattoo, otherwise I'd be out of luck.

In other news, my mother turns 60 on Thursday. My dad, sister, and I planned a surprise party for her tomorrow evening. It's mine and Tammy's job to get her out of the house, so we're driving out to Roosevelt Field Mall for a girls day out. Then we'll bring her home to the party. We've all been cleaning furiously, including mom, since it's officially spring and the house needs a little freshening up. It'll be SO clean for the party.

I'll be gracing everyone with my presence whilst wearing my 'Really Papi? Really?' shirt. I'm hoping to confuse a bunch of my parents friends...I do it enough with people at school.

I know I mentioned to a few of you that I would be working at Walt Disney World from May of this year until January of next year. Well, I finally got my official acceptance letter today! I've never been so relieved to see a piece of paper in my life. I started crying when I saw "Congratulations!" I think I might just frame it, hehe. I'm so excited! I've always wanted to do something as amazing as this, and now is my chance! I know I'm going to have the time of my life.

I can't believe I'm moving to Florida...without my family! I do have an aunt and uncle down by Disney, though, which is wonderful. I haven't seen them since I was 9 or 10 (the last time I went to Disney). In fact, my aunt Carmee works at Disney, too! She's been working in Wardrobe since they opened! I found out that every cast member has to clock in at Wardrobe, so even though I'll have an apartment with roommates instead of staying with my aunt and uncle, I'll still see my aunt pretty much every day!

My role as a Disney cast member will be working in Quick-Service Food & Beverage. How cool! I've already gotten in touch with a few people through the groups on Facebook who share the same role, plus a few people who have different roles. I'm glad I'll have friends waiting for me when I arrive in sunny Florida!

Sarah finally got her Wicked package that I sent her...she made a video of herself opening it, and was more excited than I thought she would be. It was kind of adorable.
Still no auto-gear...I wish the post office would hurry up and deliver my shirts already! My mom ordered her new daybed set before I ordered the shirts and her stuff came today.
Speaking of auto, Riese is MAD close in votes for the Lesbian Blog award...I think she's in 2nd place right now by only 3 votes. Awesome!
I had a killer migraine all day yesterday, which caused me to halfway fall asleep in French class. As soon as it was over, I popped an advil and got myself and energy drink.
My Classical Theatre class wound up being cancelled yesterday, so I had an hour and a half to do whatever. So I decided I was going on the theatre trip to the city last night and paid Thom $35 for my train and show ticket (The Homecoming, which I'll get to in a bit).
I went to Lab yesterday after my break. Felicia, Nicole, and I only had to work for 2 hours on painting the house for "Proof" since we were all going on the trip. Our task included painting the hallway yellow, and the kitchen area pink. The outside is green with white trim. It's a yummy-looking house, I must say. I somehow managed to get streaks of said pink paints on the back of my jeans and on my white sneakers. I would be wearing these things to the city. The paint wasn't that bad, which was good.
After we finished our assignments, Jess K and I left to go to her house so she could change and then went to the WaMu ATM. We had to meet everyone (like 100 of us) at Ronkonkama train station by 4:40. We got there early enough that I was able to grab a coffee at DD's...and Schivers decided to buy me a muffin, which was really nice of him. It was really good! Everyone had to sit together on the train, so we took up every seat of the huge front car of the train. Thom was walking around harassing people, and I somehow wound up with his finger in my ear.
Once we got to the city I decided it would be fun to visit Legally Blonde before The Homecoming. I grabbed some dinner and walked over to the Palace. Kate was just going in, so we talked for a bit, which was nice.
The Homecoming was REALLY good. Raul Esparza is amazing. Some of the dialog was hard to understand at some points because they use English dialects in the show and they talk kind of fast. But it was a great show.
I took the first train home because I was ridiculously tired and my migraine was starting to re-surface. I got into my house just after midnight this morning and crashed in my bed, I was starting to get delirious.
I slept until 1:3o pm. Amazing.

I'm really excited right now.

After weeks of trying to persuade my mother to let me use her Visa to order something online, she finally caved and handed that sweet little piece of red plastic over to me tonight.

I really wish I could go back to sleep right now.

Not because I'm tired, but because I had an awesome dream last night.

I dreamt I was in HAIRSPRAY on Broadway as one of the Council Members.

I seriously ran through an entire matinee performance, starting with getting my costume and makeup done, performing the show itself, bows, putting my street clothes back on, going out to sign autographs, and coming back inside for my 'welcome to the cast' dinner.

CRAZY!

I'm really glad two of my best friends were in the dream too, visiting me backstage in the dressing room. Jacqui was there too, which makes sense considering SHE just joined the cast last Tuesday.

This is where it got weird.

In the dream, I was sitting backstage with the other girls in my dressing room, and I went to use my phone to update my Facebook status. I was just about to type in "Chrissy just made her Broadway debut!" when I woke up. Sitting on my bedroom floor. With my cell in my hand. On Facebook. Typing that exact message in.

Anyway, I'm in a bad mood right now because of it. I'm seriously SAD over this. Grrr...

I'm SO ahead on this whole "back to school" thing.

My Statistics homework that's due next Monday is DONE. Plus I got a 91% on it.

I have 4, not 3, monologues picked out for my Acting 2 class. I figured I'd have one extra just in case, and I looove the 4th one I picked out.

I'm totes prepared myself for a quiz in Classical Theatre in case we have one day, which is a HUGE possibility.

As for French, she hasn't taught us anything yet, so I can't start the homework until she does.

I love the fact that my walking past the Les Mis revival's former theatre gave me the same reaction it gave another one of my friends when the original run closed. I totally threw up in the trashcan a few feet from the Broadhurst. Go me!

I need a job.

I've gotten so fed up with sitting around the house that I've applied for a position at Staples. Those bitches at their copy center just sit there and do nothing for $8.00 an hour. Holla!

I'm babysitting everyday this week, from 7 AM to 5 PM. AKA I'm falling asleep every 10 minutes because I'm not used to being up so damn early. So here I am, sitting on my couch, wrapped in a comforter, eating a pizza Hot Pocket because I'm ridic hungry, and the two kids are just...doing their thing. They're looking at some animal book, and laughing at everything.

Ugh the one has a runny nose. My biggest irk. Snotty little kids gross me out.

OMG he's picking his nose! *vomits*

I went to the movies last night with my senior prom date. That guy doesn't realize that we're not married. He kept calling me 'dear' and 'hun' and 'baby.' Gross. It got to the point where I was like "Fo' real, knock that shit off, it's annoying." He was just like "...Okay?"
